Gamma Talks was originally established as a writing organization in 2021 and has recently transitioned into a dedicated research firm. We operate through three distinct departments: Research, Media, and Core, each playing a vital role in our mission.

Our Mission

As a research organization, we aim to harness the potential of youth researchers, helping them embark on their research careers. We understand the guidance fresh minds require, so we connect all our researchers with a Research Advisor who serves as a mentor, providing valuable feedback and suggesting improvements to research papers.

Our research papers undergo meticulous editing and review, ensuring comprehensive analysis on detailed topics under our common agenda, ‘Analyzing the Indian Workforce.’ These projects are coordinated by our research managers, part of the core team at Gamma Talks, who oversee and manage these initiatives. We publish our papers on a rolling basis and compile them into an annual volume.

Our presence extends across various platforms through our content writing and marketing team. We aim to inspire more youth to engage in research by showcasing the rewarding journey it can be. Through these platforms, we hope to attract more researchers to publish their papers with Gamma Talks.
