About Mr. Pallav Grover

Pallav Grover is currently working with Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL) as an officer with designation as Assistant Manager. He is currently posted in Bokaro where his core area of work pertains to Materials Management (incl. supply chain processes, stock control, inventory management, purchase, storage, indenting, overall coordination at plant level etc). His qualifications include MBA from IIM Indore and LLB. from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He has worked in Apollo Pharmacy and also as an advocate for a brief period of time before joining SAIL.

He likes to create a balance between professional and personal life and likes to utilize the time in the most efficient way, for which he constantly involves himself in several activities. His work ethic and result based performance has earned him credibility and accolades for which he was given leadership roles at the level of school, college and professional life. He believes that for holistic personality development one must challenge themselves to pursue different goals.

He has held different leadership positions at the level of school, college and professional life. Among other interests, he keeps himself engaged in activities like music(singing and instrumental -keyboard and harmonica), sketching, painting, dancing, sports and he likes to read books. He likes to swim as well. Traveling, experiencing different cultures and exploring and learning from meeting new people have given him a broad perspective. He had been active in the field of social development as he was member of social clubs in college through which he interacted and taught underprivileged and physically challenged children.
